There aren’t many things in the world that make me happier than a poached egg. I could eat them all day long, in soups and sauces, on bread, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But my favourite time to eat a poached egg is breakfast. Somehow it sets the tone for the rest of my day, puts a smile on my face and gives me great strength and energy for the morning.
Don’t ask me for a tutorial on how to poach eggs. I have tried using multiple YouTube videos and other tutorials. I have succeeded at times, but it was too much work. I bought silicone egg poaching cups in Australia, and it gives me 100% success every time.

- Simple Breakfast Mash an avocado and spread it on bread – avocado has a similar consistency to butter, and I’ve been using it for the past few years that way. It has a creamy, rich texture and is so tasty with some salt and pepper. Crumble goats cheese on top. Poach an egg, and you’re done.
